Patrcicia Galvão Teles

Patrícia Galvão Teles is Professor of International Law at the Autonomous University of Lisbon, member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration and member of the International Law Commission.

Professor Galvão Teles is also Senior Legal Consultant at the Legal Department of the Portuguese Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Previously, she was Legal Adviser at the Portuguese Permanent Representation to the European Union in Brussels.

She holds a PhD in International Law from the Graduate Institute for International and Studies in Geneva and a Master degree from the same Institute, after having graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
