Registration Fees

Registration fees for participants include:

• Admittance to all sessions

• Coffee breaks

• Conference materials and documentation

• Certificate of attendance

Registration Cancellation Conditions

Any bank charges incurred through reimbursement of cancelled participation will be charged to the participant.

Receipt of written cancellation until 19 June, 2019: Full refund of the registration fee will be granted, deducting a fee of 30 €

Receipt of written cancellation from 20 June to 31 August, 2019: 50% refund of the registration fee will be granted, deducting a fee of 30 €

Receipt of written cancellation after 1 September 2019: No refund of registration fee will be granted

All cancellations and/or changes to registrations must be made in writing to the congress secretariat via e-mail:  ilaportugal2019@leading.pt

Registration Payment

Registration fee and hotel reservation should be paid in full via bank transfer or Credit Card.

By chossing the bank transfer option, an e-mail with a copy of the payment proof, clearly stating the name of the participant

should be sent to: ilaportugal2019@leading.pt in order to validate the registration.
